This single barrel pot still rum was distilled at New Yarmouth in June 2005. It matured in a Bourbon cask for 7 years in Jamaica and another 13 years continental before it was bottled iin June 2025. The mark NYE/WM already suggests the higher ester content and you will not be disappointed! Only 225 bottles.
